BECAUSE THEY CAN FREAKING TAKE THEIR SHIRTS OFF WHENEVER THEY WANT.
man it is hot outside. and that is just unfair.

Don't blame men . . . most would love it if women took their shirts off whenever they wanted. It's unfair to us that you dont. ;) Blame the society that you live in, which makes this taboo, not us.
