continuing the case for a husband. and i guess since we went back to ground zero I have to start over at one again so...here we go:
#1: someone to run out and get you more medicine and lunch when you're not feeling well.

"Case for Having a Spouse." Yep, picking up all sorts of stuff at the store, whether you're sick or not...you could just be coming home and something is needed. For husbands, there's a basic shift to pack mule status...coolers for picnics, later it's the baby stroller or assorted baby stuff and so on.
That only happens the first year, after that you're hacking up a lung and buying it yourself. Same with tampons...although not coughing..you get the picture.
